60 minute class with a mix of Pilates, dance and ballet using small movements and weights - no dance experience needed.

Gentle Stretch/Balance/Stability with Joe

Combining slow breath-filled stability exercises, energizing movement therapy and innovative stretching.  The class is designed to keep your body limber and stong and your mind relaxed and at ease.

A fun high intensity Cardiovascular Boxing workout that includes heavy bag drills, core focused exercises, lower body and dumbbells.  Class is broken down into rounds: 3-minute rounds utilizing 30 second intervals.  Gloves provided if needed.
