Monthly autopay memberships require 30 days written notice to cancel, submitted after your minimum commitment period has ended.
Canceling a 6- or 12-month commitment before the period ends is subject to a $30 fee.
Need a temporary break? Freeze your membership for $15/month instead of canceling outright.
